They certainly prey on those that really could use what they "say" you've won. My husband is disabled and received a check from Mr. Ben Joko (ha ha big Joko, huh!) for $4,550.00 which is supposedly the first pay out on a $30,000.00 sweepstakes winning. I tried to call for 3 days and the phone immediately goes to a message saying the party you are calling is not available and to try again later. No way to leave a message of course. I prayed it was true knowing in my heart that it wasn't. I tried to locate the regular phone # for the company to no avail. I then did the search and found other Rip Off reports - THANK YOU ALL!
Did you see under the searches that you can join this "Ben Joko" friend list. Could it really be the same person using his real name??? Something to consider/check out.
We are interested in ANY recourse that can be taken against this guy. This scam is just plain mean!
