ICS called in November and stated I'd get a VISA with a $2000 credit line. "Agent" Leon Douglas stated $258 would be deducted from my bank account on Dec 13th... And he was right! It was deducted and he gave me his phone and agent number and stated I could call anytime. This is now my 4th call to this company to a recording that says I'll receive a call within 24 hours.
That doesn't appear to be happening. I received their answering service who took my name and number and stated maybe my phone wasn't receiving calls or several other bogus excuses. She (Alana) said I'd get a call today... Wanna bet!
It was my fault for not checking into this company first, and yes, they are very persistant on the phone. Don't believe them for a second. Noone will call you back and now I'm going to find whatever recourse in Florida to have these people locked up for fraud.
