My husband had a Jc penneys card and after his death I called them to inform them of his passing an 1st of all there customer no service is answered in India.
I spoke to the man that answered my call and explained to him that my husband had an account and had passed away and gave them the date and asked who I would speek to about his account to settle it. Well the man who was following his script just a bit to much becouse the 1st thing out of his mouth was he could not give me that information that if I would have my husband call them they would gladley give him that information.
After about loosing my mind I sked him had he even herd anything I told him and he said "well yes I have" I them informed him just as soon as my husbands calls from the beyond I will have him call them.
