Think you WaMu bank account is really closed? Think again

I had a WaMu account for over a year, until i started getting random charges on my account for no reason. I foled claims/disputes and i would get credited back. Then after "investigating" the claim they found it to be true and they would reverse the credits. I got pretty fed up with WaMu so i went in and closed my account at the WaMu branch on Betteravia/Broadway in Santa Maria. Turned in my Debit card and all.

I withdrew all my money the same day. Come to find out MONTHS later, they NEVER closed my ACCOUNT!!! Now i supposedly OWE them $400 bucks!!! (i got a collection call) WaMu is a MONEY HUNGRY BANK! I know im not the only one something like this has happened to my boyfriend had a similar situation.

Im now a proud member of. They are so much better! WaMu Has horrible customer service and they are just a very shady bank. They run your credit for credit card offers without your consent, even to this day im still getting denial letters from them running my credit for their credit card offers!
