Doesnt make payments on time to creditors coral spring

After three yrs with company, my creditors were not paid during June and July. I am at risk of being dropped from one of the creditors because they didnt make the payments on time. They claim there was a computer "glitch". I have advise Family Credit that I will seek legal counsel if this matter isnt corrected. I have a direct deduction from my bank acct every month ON TIME AND THEY CANT EVEN MAKE THE PAYMENTS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO.

I have 20 months left on my consolidation and cant risk being dropped by my creditors and required to start paying high interest rates again.
