My daughter keeps her checkbook balanced well. Regions claims her money was not there. She has the receipt of deposit but they claim it was not deposited. They INF several checks because of this and she had to pay it all. Even though she has the receipt they claim the money was not deposited. She changed banks. Never had a problem before or since. They will not accept their own receipt of deposit.
Used to they had auditors. They could not get away with this. Lately I have heard of other banks doing things like this and the customers/victims have no re-course. Looks as if an auditor has gone bad or a new one is allowing it to supplement his income. The banks know this and are taking advantage of it. Why is it that government employees get paid to oversee policies and rules/regulations but when these rules/regulations are broken and it is proven they have not done their job they are not held responsible? I need a job where I am not responsible for anything. Money for Nothing!
