Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

They offered me a line of credit, paid the 37.00 and did receive the card with a catalog to purchase from soon to follow. Still have not seen this catalog as of yet, did try web site under construction, still have nothing, now my husband has receive their pre-approved card, cannot find phone or website on paperwork. I have been trying since 8/1/00. Thank you for what I did find from you guys and atleast letting me vent!!
