Ok so I get the pre-aproval in the mail Im so far in debt its not even funny. I thought i could charge off all my debt and pay a monthly fee on this card. Wrong. So Im pretty poor but decied too take my 43.00 dollars leaveing me with 20 dollars to live on for the next week or so thinking The card would arrive within a week due too express delivery. So its been a week and im doing some cleaning and find the same lil blue paper saying im pre aproved but this is from 8 months ago everythings worded the same but different company and address I then started too wonder if tthis was a scam so I did some research and Holy sh! T I find that the company used to be capital credit and half of america has been ripped by these guys. So in short our friend Mr. Donald Franklin has moved his little operation too

Well I have no card, Im starveing the bill collectors are still calling and Mr. Franklin or who ever he may be has yet ripped another person with bad credit hopeing that maybee He'd have one last chance of makeing things right I dont know about you all but this really has pissed me off reading all this and know that every day its happening too more and more of us I'm really interested in finding out if we can file a class action law suit if anyone is interested in pulling together and seeking some kind of action please get email me
