I obtained a credit card from credit one lender. I had been lacking any problems together till i got married in 12/07 and requested a brand new card with my committed name in 01/08. I've done what they've asked of me including cutting up my card & sending it having a copy of the marriage license/picture identification back to credit one bank and have sent the docs 4 occasions. It's now 07/08 and that i have yet to get my card. I've been given the runaround & am sick and tired of it. I'd informed it'd get 2 nights to process our new card then it'd be rushed out instantly & i'd need to be home to sign for this. Callback tomorrow to verify the fax was received. I did so that and was told they dont run the cards and that i wouldn't have to be home to sign for the card. Are they going to pay me for the day of work i required down currently?! No! Dont think so! They have to not worry about keeping their term just like long while they obtain money from us people monthly. After i talked with the boss all he could say was "im so sorry. I dont know why they'd state that!" properly to me that displays badly on him as he's a boss and may do nothing to "repair" the problem except to tell me i'd receive our new card in 7-10 business days. Super very poor customer support!!!
