Gregg Franks told my wife and I specifically we would have a 1% prepayment penalty on the loan we took out. He knew 100% we were thinking of moving to Lake County possibly sooner than later. The prepay was six months interest totaling $26,000.00 instead of the $10,000.00 he told us. He also told us the loan would move alot faster. It took nearly two months. We were told three-four weeks.
