Terrible Policies and Customer Service

After having a charge card with Money One for almost three years and reducing a credit line-in surplus of 5,000 (ON TIME) inside a decades period, my stability was ultimately compensated entirely! Approximately I thought... I had been usually within the routine of spending my charges online, Money One was no exception. The month following my ultimate cost, I obtained a declaration that confirmed I owed a stability of 3.85 having a late charge! I had been confused and approached their customer support division - situated in ASIA...

Although I've not a problem with outsourcing SOME providers, why might customer support be outsourced to some call-center that just understands just how to replicate a software and never cope with actual issues???
