I am reporting Consumer First. I received a letter in the mail and have been receiving these letters since June.
Well, when I received this letter I jumped right on board. I thought this would be good for my family do to problems with my financial stability. I sent a check to Consumer First in November it was deposited and cashed on November 14.
At first I completly forgot about this until I started to fall deeper in debt. Then one day my boyfriend asked if I had received my credit card, he then began to tell me about the scams that are going around and he believed this is what happed to me.
At that point I began searching for Consumer First but was unable to locate them anywhere. A friend had called me at work and at the same time she got a call from First Consumer Credit, not recognizing the number she asked that I call, you would not bleived my amazement when I heard the name of the company.
I just knew this was the card company, so I jumped on google.com and began yet another search this time my search lead me to usacomplaints.com. As I read there warnings and ways to catch these fradulent companys what just so happen to be the next example of a letter from these companys but the exact same Acceptance Certificate that I received.
I was in total disbeleif, to think that this could happen to me and what do I do now.
