Lost Automatic Withdrawal Fifth Third Bank took from my Wachovia account

It is hard to believe that a bank would hire such irresponsible individuals who refuse to acknowledge they have received a payment, even though Wachovia did a three-way call and sent a statement to them to verify their withdrawal.

Fifth Third Bank withdrew my equity loan payment on July 2. They are still unable to trace this transaction. They continue to harass me by calling me several times a day. They are a very rude group of individuals.

However, it is almost time to make another payment. I am afraid they will lose this payment, too. Hopefully, I will be able to refinance with another bank, soon.
