I attempted to email the address that had sent me the offer and it was not valid. Nor is there any other contact information for the company available; other than the address:

So; I took out the suite, box or apartment number 903 and searched on that address. There sure are a lot of odd and strange offers that come from that street address.
I have mailed them a letter requesting more information about them and where they may be called so that I may verify their offer.
As of yet no response.
