I've a notice also type Peak concerning my WESTGATE HOTELS Preservation and fees. I named Westgate they described they might not keep in touch with me concerning the consideration since it was in selections. I approached Peak plus they mentioned We owed 821.00 about 280.00 of the is selections costs. Your timeshare is compensated entirely never been overdue on the cost or never skipped any preservation or fees although we have never utilized the timeshare but that is an entirely unique account aswell. Anyways I approached westgate before our preservation and fees were due the guy at Westgate couldn't inform me just how much my costs could be since the statement hadn't been created yet. Nevertheless, weeks passed never obtained a statement providing the quantity of the costs owed. Obtained a notice within the email seeking 821.00 for selections. After I named Peak these were not useful at-all held detailing they wouldn't except a challenge notice concerning not getting the statement despite detailing that I had been the Next celebration about the Westgate consideration plus they never delivered me something they explained they might just assist me by make payment plans about the 821.00 273.00 per month. I believe this can be a absurd and terrible customer support on Westgateis finish they do not actually keep in touch with their client's first. Therefore obviously Peak does not care they've nothing to free only selection costs to achieve of course if they do not get they havenot reduction something.
