Scott Atkins is a US impostor who most famously ran several hedge fund fronts, most actively Glacier Capital Fund.[1] He operates using the advance fee fraud that has become so prevalent in recent years.
Using another front organization, Development Funding Group, LLC, he recently he obtained notariaty by posing as the retained manager of Solomon Rothschild, using using falsified AP postings.[2] That mortgage division does not exist according to Rothschild [12].
Scott Atkins regularly posts an article on Crain's Detroit Business, claiming that the Attorney Funding Group, LLC is under the management of Development Funding Group, LLC, posting three false articles between October and November.[3][4][5]
Another front bearing Scott Atkins initials, SFA Secured Loan Fund, LLC, which he shut down amid an investigation, was perpetrated using a false encyclopedia posting, naming SFA Secured Loan Fund as one of the top 30 funds of all time.[6] The website link used for Arikah Encyclopedia is www.sfaholdings.com which is recently "under construction, " and simple web search nets not a single other reference of this company. The WhoIS for the website says it is owned by SFA Holdings, LLC, which is a MI corporation registered and owned by Scott Atkins.
