Low Rate Approvals sounded really good "on paper" when I was contacted by them. Since I am a real estate investor, I thought this would help my business and help my buyer's get approved on a mortgage. But what I found is that they couldn't get anyone approved. I had almost 20 prospects fill out the paperwork and I even applied for a mortgage and none of them were approved. I had over a 750 credit score and they couldn't even get my loan done in a timely manner, I had to go elsewhere since it took them SO long! I don't know if they would have ever approved my loan.
This company either has very slow workers or they just don't know the mortgage business. So as a result of not approving any of my prospects, I was not paid anything. So my money to get set up as an affiliate w/them was a total waste!
