Gary Hayashi, Mike BO Diaz, UEM Marketing They took $50K from us for the Women's Sports Foundation e-magazine, and directed the monies elsewhere, they have not paid us back or communicated to us as agreed

We were contacted by an agent for Gary Hayashi and Mike Bo Diaz (the former professional baseball player) to invest $50K for a 6 month period of time, the money was to start-up the emagazine for the Women's Sports Foundation. The Women's Sports foundation, founded by Billy Jean King is located in Long Island NY and Kim Hayashi, the 5 time BMX bike champion is Gary Hayashi's daughter and is related to the Women's Sports Foundation in some way. The money was deposited directly into the UEM Marketing bank account and not used as they indicated. The 6 months have passed and we not received our money back, nor have we had communication with them or the Women's Sports Foundation. Even after numerous calls and letters from our attorney.

Mike Bo Diaz, played for the Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, Pittsburgh Pirates, Chicago White Sox and the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan.
