I received an email about 1 month ago that i could get a free cd on how to make money on ebay, the cd was free except i had to pay the shipping, i never received the cd and a month later there is a charge on my account for 39.95 for a monthly service fee for some rebates company. I have no idea what this is and i have never heard anything from them except the suprised unauthorized payment they took out of my account. I have tried to contact them through their 800 number i have be on hold for up to 60 minutes, that is crazy, but i did it anyway, when the voice on the phone told me that i was now caller 2 it hung up on me, i am extremely frustrated with the company. This is terrible that they would do this.in today's society people are having a hard enough time surviving without companies ripping them off.
