Had this charge show up on my account. I check my account every day and as soon as I saw it called my bank and had it removed and my card replaced. After looking here at the reports. Now I come back a few days latter to file a report of my own and read some of the updates from other people. And now I see that it was from spyware doctor. I do have and use the tool. They could have stoped all this confusion & trouble I have been through by just sending me an email a week before to inform me of my renual cost being due & the name of the charge as it will appear on my account. I am so pissed that I canceled my card & now await a new one that I may just cancel my spyware doctor tool as my way of saying to them to notify people before they charge us. What a bunch of trouble they caused me by now emailing me in advance.
