I was contacted by these people. When I refused to give my bank information a girl by the name of Chelsea got on the phone. It took her 20 minutes to reassure me that I would be receiving a credit card after paying $198.50. She said to call her as soon as I received my credit card to let her know how happy I am to be able to shop for Christmas.
Soon after taking my $198.50, I received a letter in the mail with a list of companies to apply to for a credit card - most required additional money (over $200 each). When I called the number Chelsea gave me, she didn't exist. It was a total scam.
How can people do this and sleep at night? She lied to me and didn't even think about what she was doing to me - Especially at Christmas. What kind of people are these? Isn't there something that can be done.
This wasn't the first time but it is the last I trust anyone.
