After receiving the card and realizing that I had to order from a catalog, I told them to cancel it.
That was months ago, I haven't ordered a thing, and I'm still getting billed for it!
They tell me I can't cancel out. I called and asked for their fax number today, and the employee refused to give it to me.
I'm going to send a registered letter to them today, again requesting them to cancel my card.
