Omg they FROZE a supposedly bad cashiers check and that caused fees up to 900 some dollars (all i had for rent food and gas for 2 weeks) and when i offered to make good on the purchases of course and set up a payment plan of the fees (even though other employees said they would be excused) the branch manager MEGAN who didnt get in touch with me for 2 whole days while more debits kept coming as NO ONE can close it but her WHAT?!! Come on now when i fianally got her on the phone she rudely said the commonly NCB given answer "NOT A BANK ERROR "huh"??!! If THEY cant identify a fake cashiers check how could I??!! No wonder THEY keep gettin robbed and have a website called F national city.
