Was contacted by a Michael, told me money tree was not a lead provider, but they had an abundance of leads they were willing to sell to licensed lenders in my state. Michael was very convincing and I felt I asked all the right questions as I have orders leads from various different companies. He sent the "contract" and credit card information, when I tried to fax back to him the numbers were disconnected, this should have set an alarm, but it was a crazy day, and he called back to give me the updated numbers telling me an agent would contact me within the hour to setup my account.
Needless to say I never did get the call back, I tried calling the new numbers he provided, but no luck disconnected as well. I finally tracked them down via google, only to find all usacomplaints. Coms, so I immediately contacted american express to cancel the order and have gotten nothing but the run around from them, much of the same as the other complaints... Bogus leads, won't return your calls, put you on hold while they try to track down the salesperson... Who ultimately doesn't even work for the company... Beware!!!
