Took money out my checking account and never told me they were going to do this, have called but no response

I have tryed to contact this company several times and never respond to my call then as of june 23 took out money have no -idea how they got my account number, now this had cause so many checks to bounce at $25.00 a shot I don't know what else to do. I can't close out my account with my bank becuase I am n the red. So please someone help me as what I should do
