Ripoff fraud scammed Toronto Canada

My husband and i also were ripped off by first capital
in may they took 199.00 from our account gurantee 2500.00 credit approved it would take a month after a month and a half we called they said it would be on it's way to wait a month this would happen everytime we called.

My husband demanded to speak to someone who was in charge they asked us if we wanted our money back or to wait for the card of course we wanted the refund they gave us a name and said to call at a certain time. When we did the number was not in service 416-488-4664 or 1800-227-4825 (capital) automated.

Has anyone found a way to get their money back from this company is their a lawsuit against them now?
