I bought a SAAB 9.5 in CENTRAL CHRYSLER 56 Providence Highway Norwood Ma 02062, they advice me to buy this extended guarantee, and, I had the disgrace of buying an extended guarantee for my SAAB 9.5, from Dimension Service Corporation a MILLENIUM AUTOMOTIVE PROTECCTION PLAN.
This plan indeed is not worthy at all, this company always do problems, to pay for your repair costs.
They work with a table of 'REASONABLE COST", MADE BY THEMSELVES.
To make it shortly, after I paid to my SAAB dealer in Watertown Ma US $ 500,00 for a repair, only the labor was about 300,00, I was told By the Claim Administrator of Dimension Service Corporation RO number 260763 ; RO date 10/8, under the signature of ERIC ALTHERR, that according to their table of reasonable cost, I was overcharged. According to DIMENSION'S table of reasonable costs, I was entitled to receive a refund of 15.00 FIFTEEN dollars, and this "Dimension Company" if you can call this a company, sent me a check for 15.00 fifteen dollars, believe it or not.
I will not advice this kind of protection plan from this company even to my enemies
