PLEASE PLEASE, Do not fall for KEN CHOI or any of the "associates" in the Atlanta office. Ken Chou claims he is " from Amerisaves California office". I say, from His home phone!
Amerisave runs by how " associates" buy leads. Yes, they bid on leads from information you provide to Lending Tree, or any other web-site that "matches you up with lenders". They, Amerisave (associates) will tell you, " congeutulations you are qualified". -Fateful Lines!
Then request a credit card number " for good faith" or that " any cost incured that we have to charge will be imediately refunded to you upon closing, since you have already been pre-approved".
Well folks, this is a, SCAM SCAM SCAM. First of all, these lenders abide by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. They do not have money to lend. They have to find Lenders. And even of your credit score is above a average, they still have to abide by the Goverment lending regulations. You will then inturn be assigned to a processor, who by they way never returns phone calls, nor
is ever in the "office". This SCAM of a Corporation will do EVERY thing in their power to get a credit card number to start charging you.
The fake closing date they set WILL NEVER COME. They are not as stated in first contact " a different kind of lender". These People are scamers, liars and fakes. This motley crew are preying on people in these hard times. I won't go into details, but the initial contact actually faked figures for my " pre-approval". I about had a heart attack when two weeks later I was asked to explain as to why X amount was missing from my pre-approval! Ok Folks, You have been warned. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD under ANY circumstances to this SCAM! Do your research. This bunch are pro's at making you feel comfortable with them by trying to act " as a family" DON"T BUY IT!!!
The Goverment should of shut these crooks and their system down long ago.By they way, after numerous charges after the fact, I had my credit card number changed. It still scares the hell out of me that
this bunch of pirates have all my personal information. If something hapens in the future, I know where to report to authorities it started.
