I see all the posts regarding Wachovia and I have had the same things happen to me regarding their NSF fees. They charged me $450.00 in overdraft fees, and it all has to do with how they post. I made deposits that covered all withdrawels on my account, but they will post charges before deposits and then charge you all these overdrafts fees. I too argued with them and they just are not helpful at all. They are taking advantage of people big time.
Is there anything that a person can do to force them to take these charges off when they have manipulated the way the post to your account?
