For Anthony and anyone else, you have to understand that what ACS is doing is illegal. They are pulling the same scam that E-Credit Solutions, INC did and was busted by the FTC
(http://www.ftc. Gov/os/04/cccicmplnt.htm). They found it was deceptive trade practices. The whole "listen to the tape" deal is set up to trick you into believing that is the only way to get your money back. They intentionally mislead you, and misrepresent what you are getting. YOU'VE BEEN DEFRAUDED!
Have you ever tried getting your money back from a burglar or con artist? The key to taking care of this is for EVERY person who has been ripped off, is to get your documentation together, and contact your state Attorney General, complain to the FTC (ftc. Gov), file complaints with the economic crimes division of the state of Florida (see previous post for address). OF COURSE
YOU NEED TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR A REFUND, and preferably do this in writing and send it certified, return receipt requested to MARIE RODRIGUEZ-SMITH at GREEN INVESTMENT PLANNING CORPORATION (they are the registrant for American Credit Solutions, and the address for GIPC is the same as ACS, though the customer service people will disavow knowing who she is). Also, write your congress people and contact the local media. Also, since they may be guilty of mail fraud, contact
the US Postal Inspector and complain about them contacting you by mail initially.
If you come to the board to complain, please also do something to get the ball rolling to taking these people out of business!

"Maurice Heller" (probably an alias)
Heller's address listed is:

The corporate filing lists a "Jere Reneer" as someone to contact for more information on that corporation (an 801 area code)

The ACS website is registered through "GoDaddy.com" who hides the name of the real registrant. This is unusual for a company to hide their domain registration information, but of course, if you call ACS and demand to know who owns the company, they say they cannot tell you. To contact godaddy...
