Amanda took $1500 in retainer fees to setup my non-profit organization and did not deliver. Additionally, she took other funds to resolve a tax issue of my previous corporation that was suspended and that I was trying to restart and make compliant. I have tried to get in contact with Amanda Wallters, the owner to get my money back but she does not return calls or emails... Do not use this firm for any of her services such as accounting, bookkeeping, tax, consulting, or business setup unless you want to get ripped off. Thank this site for having a place to post these warnings. Additionally she has been promoting herself as a CPA when in fact she is not. Check the yahoo yellow pages ads for verification.
This company was formerly Pinnacle Accounting and Wallters Bookkeeping, she changes names but still the same issues.
