In December of I had applied for a loan to pay off my bills. Mr David Berkly called me back and said I was approved for $10,000 loan. He asked if i a had a fax because he wanted to get the contract out to me right away. He went on to tell me that I would have to pay the first six months in advance and that it was only for insurance purposes since it was coming from a private lender.
He told me to go to walmart and send $1214 dollars on a red form and the money would be in my account the next day. I sent the money and the next day a Gary olsen called nd told me that there was a problem and that I would have to send the same amount again if i wanted the loan.
At this point I knew it was a scam and I told him I wanted my money back. He told me that I would have to wait for the next billing cycle has the company had a lot of clients and were not use to giving refunds and so they generally did it based on the lenders billing cycle. He even offered to give me an additional $200 hundred dollars because of the inconvenience.
I guess he only told me that because I kept on insisting to speak with his manager who he told me was not in the office.
It was after this that I went on the internet and saw usacomplaints. Coms. I felt ashamed and stupid. I have been trying since then to see how I can catch up to them to make them pay for what they did not only to me but all the other people who have filed reports and even those who are ashame to.
