Several years ago I had and accout with AT&T wireless. After recieving several replacement phones under the warantee program my accout was charged even though the company recieved the defective phones. My account was never credited for the phones that they agreed were in their possession. I was told that the required forms which needed to be sent in with the phones was not sent in. I was further told that they do not send the forms along with the phones so you would have no knowledge of them. Still, they never credited my account. I was told By AT&T that if i did not pay for the phones that they had they would terminate my service. Which they did. What sense does that make.
After numerous un answered letters I was contacted last year by Pressler and Pressler. I was told that I owed $1800. I explained the problem to their rep and faxed copies of all the letter that I sent to AT&T. With that I explained that AT&T could not even locate my account. They said that they would get back to me. They did alright. 2 days ago $4000. Of my wifes savings were frozen. As of today AT&T cannot locate the old account.
