My name is Kristina and I live in Bloomingburg NY. About 2 weeks ago I came into a problem with idcustserv.com and today I checked my account because I am waiting for my paycheck to be direct deposited and when I checked it I noticed that my account was -5.06. I am having problems with money at the moment and I was online applying for loans and somehow this site got a hold of my account information when I was filling out loan applications. The other site took 31 from me. Same this is going on with this site PDCUSTSERV.com They only took 7 from me but it was enough to make my site negative. They make it seem like you are applying for loan but then they tell you that you signed up for a service that you know you didnt sign up for. If I am applying for loans you know that I am in need of money why would I want then taking money from me. I have called and reported them. I also emailed there hosting company. This site is fraud and they are taking advantage of people who are in need of money and making it hard to get your money back. When I wake up I am going to be calling my back and seeing what they can do about the situation. I suggest if this happens to you that you do the same. There is nothing we can do about this site unless we take them to court which I just might do.
