Tax Refund Scam

Our 2007 taxes were prtepared by a completely independent tax preparer. Thepreparer and that I have discovered that my national reimbursement was immediately transferred (March 15) in to the H&R Lender despite the fact that the preparer employed my proper bank info upon originally processing my reurn.

Please Advise me a to how I will start acquiring my reimbursement.
