The Cic*Credit Monitoring Company will not refund my money of $11.95. I never recieved my credit report and they stated that I never canceled before the 30 days was up. They also stated that the have the right to keep my money even though I did not recieve my credit report. As well they are trying to say my wife called in and stated I did not have permission to have money taken out of our account. Which is completely untrue.
