Loan is never paid off

I borrowed 200.00 and have paid it back atleast five times over, I put stop payments on my bank account so the company called all day everyday at my work, untill they were able to tap into my account again by using different amounts, they took way more than I borrowed, are still taking it and I requested a copy of the contract to which they have never given me.
