I took out a loan from united cash loans, a 200.00 loan, i fell a littlt behind paying my payments, now they are calling threatning me, telling me that they can put me in jail or garnish my wages. I asked them to work with me, and they said no problem. Except the phone calls have not stopped i get them at 11:00pm all hours of the day. Does anyone know if they can put me in jail or legally garnish my wages?
