This is the most recent but not last letter i sent to them...
Dear Jonathan and Alison,
I have been advised to go ahead and seek an attorney in your area to file a suit in small claims court to provide you the opportunity to return my payment of $3000 for which I never received the agreed upon training. You have breached our agreement by not providing me with real estate training. I received access to a website in which I was able to input arbitrary numbers to come up with arbitrary offer prices and a "coach" who himself had not as yet ever completed a deal.
Whenever I asked Bryce specific questions his response was 100% of the time along the lines of I really don't want to have to do this as you seem like nice people. Another situation that alerted me to question the legitamacy of your organization came about when Bryce claimed to have completed 6 deals in Oregon with another student. He said he could give me those property listings but never did. I repeatedly asked Alison for property listings which she said you all have completed but to this date have still not received any evidence to the fact that you indeed have ever completed one deal.
I, in good conscience could not continue working with a company drawing people into legal contracts that would never come through. I have a letter from you stating that I am backed by 1.8 mil but even though I have brought before you many good deals, the Pickfair property in particular that even had my coach questioning why it didn't come through, the letter never amounted to anything but false promises and wasted time and energy. I have tried to contact your office several times with no response not even to the Better Business Bureau therefore I am left with no other recourse.
As I have already brought my case before a friend of mine who is willing and able to provide me with pro bono work I have a good sense that I will win this case and more than likely for more than the $3000 that you owe me. We added up the numbers, not including court and lawyer's fees and have estimated that the court will probably award me closer to $7000 or more as a result of the credit damage I have incurred as a result of your non-action. And even if I don't win you will have to defend this and when it goes public your reputation as a result of your own inaction will be damaged beyond repair. I know other people involved in your program as well as many friends in the media and I will involve them in a pursuit of their own suit and expose respectively.
I called you to see what you were willing to do and to date you have responded with nothing. If you would overnight me a cashier's check for $3000 you can save us all the trouble of having to deal with these legal proceedings. If I do not hear from you within two days after receipt of this letter I will continue with the next logical step to safeguard what is rightfully mine.
