Neither my husband nor I have had any telephone contact or contact of any kind with this Beneficial Client Care company. We were checking our checking account on the internet and saw that $197 had been withdrawn by electronic transfer on October 31. We did NOT authorize anyone to take this money from our bank account. As we checked the search options for this company name, we saw it was a complete fraud and we had been taken without even being asked. We want whatever action can be taken against this company and we definitely want our money back asap.
