Unauthorized checking acct debits!

I once had a charge card supplied by MBNA. After they were purchased out by Lender of America, my charge card was today the home of some fools referred to as FIA Card Providers. I'd approved them to get the minimal obligations due from my bank account about the to begin every month, therefore never lacking a cost, and never being utilized a late charge. All a quick on January 1st, i discovered they started to charge my bank account TWICE for that same quantity. And so I called directly into determine that which was happening. They apologized and explained they'd insert the resources back again to me and that I must view it post back to my bank account the next evening. Long story short, I waited 11 times to obtain that back again to me after extended hours about the telephone fighting with one of these inexperienced people. Throughout that phone, I suspended the agreement to charge my checking account and required my lenderis info be erased from their program. Arrive February 1st, again 2 drafts were debited from my bank account. Again I waited times to obtain the cash put-back into my bill. Same task in March. I've had enough with one of these fools. How dare they believe they've the capability to simply attract OUR resources each time they need. They're only criminals and thieves going into my hard earned cash to be able to get a pursuit free mortgage. I've submitted a towards the Better Business Bureau of De about their illegitimate methods of essentially taking $ from customeris checking accounts. Within the criticism, I've also required all lender costs be returned because of overdrafts due to their unauthorized debits, and likewise, I'd like payment for that complications, and curiosity for that times I ostensibly 'borrowed' them my cash (which rate of interest reaches OPTIMUM rate of interest permitted legally). Should this happen again in May, I'll be processing a little states suit against them, and sometimes even may think about a class-action suit must I discover they're benefiting from more people apart from myself.
