Sometimes you just know it's going to be a bad day, week, month, or year... For me it has been a year.
The company so known as Consumerbill.com or AEC FBO Platinum Membership is like a ghost. For 6 months now I have been searching and searching and researching everything on this company and let me tell you people... THERE IS NOTHING!!!
I live on a small isalnd with little mom and pop banks that I guess don't beleave people can actully have fraud charges on there account and I have gone as far as moving banks. Let me Explain:)
I started getting these charges in July of the day I found the charge I immedietly went to the bank and wanted to fight them. Well my bank said call the number that is appearing on the check. I did so sitting in front of them (this was my 4 time calling them that day as I did explain to the bank) at this point to my non surprise... No one answered ofcourse unless I put in my account # (no thanks)... Now this went on for 6 months after that and as far as me gatting every phone number possible and calling finding the domain host (GoDaddy.com) and calling the bank that was being printed on the back of my checks (huntington bank) and filling a police report, and calling the nmbers ohhh maybe 400 times... And leaving messages on the website for them to call me. And talking to lawyer... Trying to fax a cancellation letter to a fax number that does not work!!! And at this point closing my bank account moving to another bank but not after I left my lovely bank with a wonderful $17.95 dollar charge that well gave me a little smile out of this whole situation...
So here is my suggestion to you... You see these chrages... Move banks... Because there is nothing you can do about it:) Trust me... I Tried... Now I understand it is only $ 17.95 but honestly people that adds up and I still want to stand that no one is taking this damn money out of my pocket...!!!
Sooo say no to Consumerbill.com and Ogelthorpe Bank
