I was looking on Career Builders.com looking for something different in Customer Service Lines. I was interested in working from home and found what I thought would be perfect for making extra money processing rebates on line. I got sucked into Angela Penbrook Productions and her whole line. I paid for process, and immediately received my user name and password. They also promised a Quick Start Program to be delivered to my e-mail address within 5 minutes, and a 10,000 listing of companies and a 63 page Rebate Processors Certification Program information as well as an advisor that I could contact at any time. After about 45 minutes I called the toll free number and the person that I reached barely spoke English. She told me to wait 24 hours to receive it. I then hung up and called back and the same person answered the phone. I called back after getting off of work today and this person's Enlgish was a lot worse than the 1st one. I tried to get to speak with a supervisor and they kept telling me to contact the Customer Service via e-mail. I did and received an e-mail back stating that they would get back with me within 24 hours. Then searching the internet I found all of the complaints about this company. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they told me that they have only authorized the charge, not processed it.in speaking with my credit card company, I was told to watch my statements and then dispute and they would not pay it and credit my account. I am still waiting for the charge to appear and will dispute the charges. I have also e-mailed the company and told them that I was disputing the charges and suggested they not process the charge.
