May be an scam

I acquired an phone on 3/3/08 saying that i would get an loan and creditcard. Considering it was the genuine article i didnt think at that time it perhaps a scam and also the sad thing about this i offered out all my own infro. What exactly i did so was to colse out my account. So that they explained to visit this website to checkyourbalance an ther was nothing and so i am hoping you can tell me what's happening.
