Bizgrp - v took out money from my account without authorisation

I have a pre-paid visa card. I am surprised to see the deduction of $39.85 in my account statement which i never spent. I found out that BIZ GRP - V took the money. I dont know how can i get my money back. Moreover, how can i prevent these kind of actions with my bank account. Atleast i just want to know why they have deducted my account without having authorisation. They are responsible to show the authorisation proof to duduct my account.
