I also had a harrassing phone calls and threats with this company for the past two years. I have closed two checking accounts because of them and had to pay rediculous overdraft fees as well. I just got a call two weeks ago from a representative stating "this is your last chance or charges will be filed". They misrepresent themselves stating that they are calling from the county where you live and you will be arrested. Also, in doing some research online I found a Disist and Refrain Order from the Department of Corporations in California and several other states.
Don't believe them and under no circumstances do not agree to give them any $.
