United Cahs Loans has ripped me off too. The company loaned me $300.00 and I requested for them to take the money all at once on my next pay date. They didn't the only toko $90.00 choosing to renew the as I am learning it pays them more money in th long run. They continued every pay to take $90.00 and after the 4th $90.00 I called inquiring why the continue to only take $90.00 the rep advised that they can take $90.00 up to 4x's and on the 5th they would take $150.00 advised that was not the agreement that I rquested or agreed the then advised they can take upto and over 1000.00 for this $300.00 loan and that was that. I was VERY angry feeling mislead and like I was being taken advantage of.
Called back and spoke with a second rep with whom I requested that they take the bal and be done iwth the account. The company tooked the balance which was like over $400.00 hoping this account was finished I couldn't understand the next week when the took more money. I had to end up closing this account and I am now 4 months later being harrased by the company stating I still owe over $500.00. They are calling 7am, 8am and even on Saturday and Sunday the rep are refusing to listen just keep telling me I owe this money and won't even hear me out or allow me to speak with a Supervisior about the matter. HOW DO I GET THIS TO STOP $300.00 is now costing me 1480.00 if I give them the 550.00 they are asking. There has to be something that can be done.
