I too have been fraud by this companies. I have cancelled my account with them, but now they are saying that i'm default of my contract and they placed my account with a collection agency, which is called Coface collections north america and they are wanting 12,345.39 from me. Which i don't understand where the heck they even got that figure. Please if someone is out there that can help me, please help. Thank you so much... And if their is a class suit, i would like to be involved with it.
