I am personally on a very tight budget and cannot afford to have extra charges out of my account, so I do not go on line with the intention of spending money for information. With all the free information on credit reports available, there should not be a problem.
But I have so many bad experiences with this company and have found out they are not cooperative when trying to clear up any problems.in fact they are very rude and had a very bad attitude when speaking to them on the phone. I would hope they would get enough complaints that would have to change their policies.
Credit report agencies have a responsibility to report fairly and this co. And all 20 of there affiliate companies do not get that concept at all. I am hoping enough people read these reports, that they will not make the mistake that I did.
