This is supposed to be a 501c non-profit company but the method of doing business is a total ripoff. As soon as I received the information by mail and read the contents I called the company to let it know I did not want to participate. The customer service rep laughed at me when I asked for a refund of any charges billed to my credit card.
My credit card was billed $797.00 and I have been trying since the end of September to get this refunded. I returned the paperwork sent to me via US postal service registered mail return receipt required as stipulated in the fine print on Oct. 1.
I spoke to a Miss Harris on Jan. 29 2008 who hung up on me when I insisted the only thing to discuss was when would my credit card be refunded the amount charged. I refused to agree to some stupid negotiation conference she demanded. How can I take the chance of a conference call which may give them an excuse to say they have earned such an enormous fee?
